Klean Beauty's Urea 5% Body Lotion is formulated with Pharma-Grade Urea, Lactic Acid and Panthenol to deeply hydrate dry skin, soften rough texture and restore smoothness to elbows, knees and heels. For daily use on all skin types.

Unlike conventional body lotions that sit on the surface, this formula works within the skin's natural moisture cycle. Urea acts simultaneously as a humectant (drawing water into the skin) and a keratolytic (gently loosening dead skin buildup), which is why it is a staple ingredient in clinical dermatology for conditions involving dry, thickened, or texture-prone skin.

Enriched with a curated blend of Korean botanical extracts including Centella Asiatica, Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis), and Mulberry (Morus Alba), the formula balances active efficacy with skin-calming support. The result is skin that not only feels softer but gradually becomes more resilient with continued use.

Apply a generous amount to clean skin and massage in circular motions until fully absorbed. Focus on areas of dryness such as heels, elbows, and knees. Use once or twice daily for best results.

Post-Exfoliation (Recommended)

After using a body scrub or exfoliator, apply immediately to damp skin. Urea and Lactic Acid work most effectively on freshly exfoliated skin, helping lock in hydration and prevent the return of rough texture.

Tip: Consistent daily use over 2 to 4 weeks delivers the most noticeable improvement in skin texture and softness. Urea is a progressive ingredient and builds results over time.
