Klean Beauty – Refund & Return Policy

At Klean Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged) will not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures and your order number for verification.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Expiry Check

  • Customers are advised to check the expiry date before using any product.
  • Klean Beauty will not be responsible for issues arising from the use of products past their expiry date.
  • Any expiry-related concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used skincare/makeup products.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or use after expiry.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. Easypaisa / JazzCash

Or original payment method (if applicable)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of return (not due to our mistake), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
