Klean Beauty – Refund & Return Policy
At Klean Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Used or damaged products (unless received damaged) will not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures and your order number for verification.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
3. Expiry Check
- Customers are advised to check the expiry date before using any product.
- Klean Beauty will not be responsible for issues arising from the use of products past their expiry date.
- Any expiry-related concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used skincare/makeup products.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or use after expiry.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
Or original payment method (if applicable)
6. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In case of return (not due to our mistake), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
