Bought their klean beauty glycolic acid toner 100ml or the first time on advance payment and they sent me a bottle with missing top securing cap, the bottle was leaking and when I reached out to their cs, they asked to email, fill form etc and after providing all the evidences and posting on they platforms they asked for, they just simply said, return our product at our address then we would be able to send you the replacement. What a mess, I just wasted the time, money and then energy too on talking to their team thinking they will sort it. It's a big no from my end.
